Fall and Halloween decorating season begins September 1.  And in order to get ready for our customers, Carol has to start receiving wreaths, ribbon, decorations, faux-real flowers and leaves now.  If you walk into the Garden now, you will see the beginning of fall colors and ideas.  And it looks great.
