  • Immediate Delivery Area: Coverage consist within a 1-mile radius of our shop located at 250 N. McGregor Ave, 36608).


  • Full Coverage Areas: All of the following zones are covered in our everyday delivery routes: 36604, 36606, 36607, 36609, and 36693.


  • Limited Coverage Areas: We also deliver to parts of 36602, 36603, 36605, 36608, 36618, and 36695, depending on distance from shop.


  • Morning Deliveries: To schedule morning deliveries, orders need to be placed before the delivery date.


  • Specific time deliveries: If approved, these will be scheduled according to available time-slots and to the priority of the routes and might involve additional charges.

Design Time and Delivery

We understand that you want your floral gift delivered as soon as possible, and we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional experience. Since each floral gift is handcrafted, we kindly ask for a one-day advance notice before the desired delivery date. This allows us to use our design expertise to create your floral arrangement and ensure it arrives on time and in perfect condition.

For prompt delivery, in most instances, if all items are available and your order is submitted by noon on weekdays, we can provide same-day delivery within our standard delivery zone. The regions encompassed in our standard delivery area are outlined above: Immediate and Full Coverage service areas.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns regarding fresh and live plants, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order during our operational hours. This will enable us to assist you with your return or exchange.

For non-perishable items, you may request an exchange within a 10-day period from the date of purchase, provided that there is no evidence of use or damage to the goods.
