The City of Mobile will begin necessary repairs and expansion on N. McGregor Ave., beginning Monday January 9.  This construction will run from the circle on Spring Hill Avenue to Old Shell Road.  Elizabeth’s Garden will remain OPEN during this period.  We will present periodic updates of progress on our Facebook page.
